looking for a low mileage extend cab 4x4 with the 6.0. Doesn't matter if its Silverado or sierra. what models should I be searching for? was the 6.0 put in any 1500s? or just the 2500?

also, does the 2500 weigh more than the 1500?

early 2000's trucks had 1500HD's with 6.0's which are lq4 motors. 03-06? had 2500's with the lq9, which is more desirable to some people. the 3/4 tons weigh more yes, but if you're looking for a ext cab 4x4 it wont matter how much more one weighs over the other cause they're both going to have heavy asses honestly.
