Black Bear Performance Tune, New Orleans, LA, Jan. 31-Feb. 2, 2014
What: Black Bear Performance Tunes (98+ GM vehicles only)
Where: New Orleans, LA
When: January 31 - February 2, 2014
How Much: $80 deposit for time slot, $220 at time of tune (total $300)
Please go to Calendar of Events to submit your deposit.
If folks want spare modules the prices are as follows:
$50 - 98-00 Vortec
$100 - Gen-III
$140 ECM / $50 TCM - Gen-IV Trucks and SUVs
**We will need to ship out the modules before the meet for people to install them and perform the security relearn prior to being tuned.
**If folks purchase spare computers, we will perform the crank relearn on all 99+ vehicles.
**Any tune updates need to be scheduled directly with Justin prior to the meet by email, tuning@blackbearperformance.com. Please email your update request (please include vehicle details – year, make, model, engine – along with what you would like updated). We will try our best to accommodate your request, but you will not be given a time slot, rather we will fit you into the schedule as time permits.
**Please Note: The email address that is used to pay your deposit is the email address that we will send all correspondence to. If you would like us to use a different email address, please email me at julie@blackbearperformance.com to notify me of the email address change.

Well I'm in N.O. I will see if there is any of the gear heads I know that may be interested. So will need $300. We need to ship the PCM to you prior to meet. You ship it back. We install it. Drive it to re-learn everything. Then You email us with a time that you can fit us in when you get to N. O. correct?
OR.....we buy a computer you already have and you ship that to us so we can continue to drive with no down time, install before meet, drive it, re-learn etc. And still send a deposit for a time slot. Do I have this strait? I'm wore out just thinking about it.

Lol - don't wear yourself out! It's pretty simple...
You submit your deposit online to us through our Calendar of Events page. About 2 weeks prior to the meet, I email you with the available time slots. You email me back with all of the times you are available to meet with Justin. I then make the schedule. About a week prior to the meet, I email you confirming your day and time. Then you simply show up at the specified location on your day and your time to meet Justin with the remaining balance. That's it! You don't need to do a thing other than that.
If you would like a spare computer so you can swap out between the tuned and stock computers, then you definitely need to purchase that at the time that you submit your deposit and we will ship one out to you...you bring it with you to your appt. However, if you do not want a spare computer, then all you need to do right now is submit your deposit!
