I've got a customer who is going through a very rough time financially right now (both him and his wife just lost their jobs...with 3 kids) and they need rotors, like YESTERDAY.

Anything that can be turned (and isn't below spec) would be sufficient. Not warped is preferred but will take what they can get for the time being. If someone has upgraded brakes and have their stock stuff sitting in the corner somewhere rusting away and are thinking about taking it in for scrap metal, we'll take it! The vehicle is a 2002 Tahoe, 4x4.
