Default 5.3/trans??

Anyone in Ga who know to find a cheap to buy a used for whole set up with 5.3 and trans. Be sure come with computer harness, gas pedal wiring, ac comp/ power steering, alt, intake everything ready to swap it for my 92 s10. Im trying find a good deal. I looked at ebay expensive. Also I did check car-parts.com See if anyone in Ga know a place for cheap. Let me know

How much did y'all buy all this engine set up range? Is anyone knowledge where good deal in ga area? Let me know

#1 best way to get a good deal is to know someone selling an engine and trans. I knew a guy who rolled his truck but it still ran and drove, I bought the whole truck for $1500. Ask around at car shows, part stores, ect. Generally if you get the word out, people will find something for you.

If craigslist is big in your area, check on there or maybe even post a wanted ad.

Other than that, a junk yard would be your best bet. It's a gamble sometimes but usually they come with a warranty.

Online is cool but shipping on an engine and trans can get expensive REAL quick.

I don't mind spend 1500 for everything. But don't like have pay shipping. I prefer buy upfront

what year 5.3 is good to buy. I find some good deal for 2000 and 2002 5.3 please let me know....
