I am testing the waters on trading my 05 GTO for a truck. I love my gto but more and more I need a truck for projects, moving things and simple homeowner tasks. Im pretty much set on something modded, nothing crazy or beat to death.

My car is a 05 Cyclone grey metallic GTO. Auto. Black leather, very good condition. No stitching issues. Little wear on leather. Carpet in great condition. 88,000 miles. paint is great, some small chips on front but been fixed with patch matched pen by previous owner(still see them.) engine runs strong. no noises, no issues. no leaks. Its been tuned with HpTuners, has a CAI I wrapped with header wrap to keep IATs down. Has off road X pipe, muffler delete. Sounds very good. I plastidipped the wheels flat black. The car has been very well maintained.

The value on my car is just under $15,000. I don't want a $10,000 trade sorry. You can dig and see what I paid on here but that doesn't mean ima let it go cheap sorry. It is worth what you'll pay/trade.

Trades im interested in would be Modded Lightnings, Silverados, Sierras, maybe a diesel. To be daily driven, cant be horrible on gas or unreliable. Ive had some very serious offers but are very far away so that's whats holding me back.

Remember Lightnings dont get that good of MPG and they use premium fuel only. Id suggest something else. Mine got low 16's on long trips with bolt ons.

For a toy, id try to find a single cab 6.0 chevy. Cheaper and they move out with mods without boost nor spray.

 

I havr to run premium also. I get 17 mixed..23 hwy.

Already had a xcab 6.0 truck. Loved it, which is why I'm very interested in them for trade.even more than lightnings

 

I know you want something modded, but if you decided to go with a stock motor let me know. Maybe we can work something out. Mine is at a body shop right now, you can follow all the info on my build thread here, and I will also PM you.

 

Clean truck man but that's a long way for a stockish truck. Def appreciate the offer
