Exactley, i wasnt supporting it at all, as i was told this detail back this summer when i tried to make a similar post.

Just wandered who blocked me and why, no biggie.

Yep, the OP of that thread started 2 threads, both are now deleted... He has been placed in a restricted user group for 1 month... Sorry rules are rules...

Is it non sponser group purchases in general?
I thought it was if a sponser provided a particular service.

 

Sorry only paying sponsers are allowed to organize and sell parts, services, etc. Members are allowed to sell parts they own individually and not is mass quantities. That thread was not from a sponsor and was a group buy. So it was deleted.

 

That's good to know, I always thought it was only if a non-sponsor's product competed with a sponsor's.

Ya i thought that too along time ago but i was wrong. If we did not have that rule then someone could come on here and sell washing machines, or roofing services or cleaning services.

 

You mean we can't do that?

I guess now would be a good time to ask, is the rule with non-sponsor links that we just can't post them at all, or if they don't compete with a sponsor they're ok?
