I mean, if you wanted to ask a GMT800 specific question, where would you place this thread? In the GMT900 sub fourm? In the 68-98 sub forum? In the General GM Forum? If the 900 and everything before the NBS has a forum, why can't the 800's?
If you have a Forced induction question then ask there, if its engine related ask there, if its tuning related ask there, if its exhaust related then ask in Engine and Exhaust etc. This site is primarily 800, the sub sections are for the newer models as they come out. The confusion is why create a sub section for the 800 when most of the Main sections are already for it.

I guess you're correct.

No worries, it was just a suggestion.

I know what you are saying, but this site has always been aimed at the GMT800's and thus the reasoning for the other models sub sections and no 800 sub section. Actually back in the day, we only had one section on LS1tech till we branched off and got our own site.

Oh, here we go again... There's the assumption that because some of us don't drive a NNBS, we can't. So painfully familiar to the Firehawk/WS6 argument-

Calm down killer, youre obviously not a regular around here. I owned an 01 for 10 years and still own an 04 as well.

I think it is a great question. It means we are growing and have more interest. The site had a max hit rate of 500 users a day back in the beginning. As we grew and added sections, different administrators doing so along the way, we end up setting ourselves up with a fairly messy database. So now, it is common practice for admin to not add new forums until the members are screaming for it. Screaming = demand. BUT screaming means the members think the staff doesn't care about the members' ideas. Since I have been admin I've been trying to help keep the site moving with your guys' ideas quicker. We think adding a relevant section for the GMT800 will work...just need to think out not just the GMT800, but older sections that are here already or have never materialized and newer sections that haven't come yet. We only care about keeping the atmosphere of pt.net smooth and enjoyable for as many members as possible so we'll get something figured out for ya. No matter our decision, we'll let you know why we don't or do. Hang tight!

That's all I was asking!

I'd personally just like to have one spot to go to talk details about 800's.

But, if there's already somewhere to do that, or somewhere it would already make sense to do so, I'm cool with it.

Thanks for the consideration fella's.

Your join date doesn't matter if your on tech all the time and don't know what's going on here . Why exactly do you have a hardon today ?
