Still newer to this forum but I noticed a lot of the FS threads never have any pictures of the items for sale. Usually the first response is asking for pictures and even then everyone want's to PM the pictures when you ask. Anyways we all know a thread is worthless without pics so am I missing something? Why is everyone seems opposed to posting pictures of what they are selling?


Most the forums I am on will close a thread down within a day if you don't post pictures of what you are selling. Anyways was just curious, it's aggravating seeing something that sounds nice and you might be interested in and then not see what it looks like.

 

Yep it sucks but we leave it up to the members to post pics. Usually it is in there best interest todo so. I am not going to delete threads because they dont have pics.

 

If that rule came to be we would have a full time job just watching for pics in the classifieds. I do agree that if you're selling an engine, body part, something that can wear (cam etc) or 90% of anything else, you should post pics. It's just good business IMO. As far as implementing that though.... It would be a Huge un necessary time consumtion on our part and take too many man-hours. This is only one of my part time free jobs, and I've got an almost free full-time job too sooo.....
