That sounds like more of connection issue to me.

Have you logged out of the site, cleared your browser then open a new Browser and go back the forum?

Have you checked your internet connection speed?

What Browser and are you running a pop up blocker?

I cant attach photos from my phone. They upload to the gallery, but not to the thread I was attaching them in

They work for me if I do it via the Photo button but
Not if I do it through manage attachments.
