It looks like a reg to me.. The interior trim bezel can be changed simple.. Vinyl graphics need to go, the grill and bumper pad, door handles, mirrors need to be matched to the truck.. Good to go after that... The yellow in it self will let out that it was a special truck...

Any idea what this truck is worth? It's got 48k on the clock. Seems he is having a hard time selling it so I think something could be wrong or it could be that it's yellow lol
