Not that I know of.

It was only the single cab or extended cab in the Silveardo's.

Just saw this at a dealer up here.
My best guess is somebody took a wrecked JG and put all the good stuff on a crewcab. No sign of a JG cluster or build number plate.

Was the Canadian market a different story?

I think you could confirm it with a RPO code look up, I found a thread that says it needs to show PCX.

The tailgate just looks like any other run of mill silverado one with the factory badges.

There was an Avalanche, a Tahoe, and an H2 Likey that's where the rear cover came from.

PCX was only if it was factory ordered. The Gibbs parts were available separately for dealers to install.

The biggest thing that stands out to me is that, there is no build plate, it's a 4x4, and the rear bumper is chrome not painted.

All those individual parts have been forsale on here at 1 time or another.
