The Joe Gibbs Venture went defunct around 2006. As far as I have been able to tell, there are no known records of the conversion based on vin numbers. I know somewhere factory ordered and somewhere dealer converted. Most parts are next to impossible to find at this point.

Some of the stuff that has traded recently on the used market are ridiculously priced.

Yea, that's what I've discovered. That's why I'm not too concerned about whether this one is real or not, I just like the way it looks. Though if anything I would love to find a set of those seats to go back in it. I'll put a few pic's up when I get home from work later.

Yea, that would have been nice. Here are a few pics of that thing. Like I said it need work, but the stuff that's still on it is probably worth more than I paid for it, so I'm happy with it.

Ah, Spiral Grey Metallic. I like that color. I had an 05 VHO that was that color.

Hard to tell from the Photos but is the Grill painted body color or black. It's definitely a Joe Gibbs grille.

Something else I noticed was the center console on one of the Tahoes had a plate with the Gibbs emblem on it where the rear entertainment controller would be.

It's just filthy black, lol. Grill is black body color. It does have the rear radio controls, but no plate or anything. None of the radio works though, It's theftlocked, and the amp fuse is blown. I've already found some big gray box plugged into the amp, so at some point it had something else going on in it. I'll probably look into the amp wiring this weekend, and I'm trying to decide what kind of head unit I want in it.

Must be the lighting, or my phone or the dust and dirt. It's as black as my truck beside it. Paint code is 8555, plain old GM black.
