Also look into swapping an LSA takeoff supercharger onto your engine. There's lots of posts here and elsewhere about it and you can definitely do it within your budget.

There's also some discussions about whether to go positive displacement or centrifugal when choosing superchargers. All really comes down to how you intend to use the truck, where you want the power to come in.
