Alright Mr Robert Obama JR. You've been preaching this "change" for sometimes. Yet your Maggie camp has failed like Obamacare. Didn't LC32 come on this forum with some hype. Heartbeat 900+hp with like 10lbs of boost without even spinning the blower? WOW has that been a disappointment. Just because you can over spin your blowers doesn't mean they won't generate a shitload of heat. Yea they do generate fancy engine dyno numbers that sell blowers to suckers like you. Where's the real track results of these junks

You wont get argument out of me... engine dyno glory pulls are for suckers. Hell dyno pulls are for suckers.
I made 700 horsepower with my 1900 based on a race weight of 5350 and a trap speed of 118.5. A dyno TRIES to give you the same figures. Those are legitimate results. Thats all I post. Anything less than that out of magnuson I wont trust until i try it for myself.
What I will say is eaton as a company has capability that whipple can only dream of. There is OEM level engineering that goes into their parts. When they come to the table with facts and figures about their products, I trust them. The data looks strong. It's up to the aftermarket to put it in a capable wrapper. From what I have seen, magnuson will deliver in this package. Of course as you have pointed out it aint over till the fat lady sings... ill reserve judgement until the product hits shelves.
The long and short of this is that there is a lot of potential for a better product available to all of us within 6 months. Regardless of which camp you're in, thats a beautiful thing.
Trump, out.

For conversation sake what kind of times has a 2.9 pushed a truck to?
Mine isn't breaking any records, it's 6000 pounds. I'll max my 2300 this year once my 370 is built and then who knows what direction I'll go. Maybe bigger blower, maybe add spray or maybe a turbo. If I go whipple it will be bigger then the 2.9

he's saying he wants to see what a 2.9 has done on a truck.
He has a 2300 and there have been 2300's in the 10's on full size 4x4 trucks. Randy shows to be making nearly 800 at the wheels with his SSS using a 2300 on a stock bottom end LQ9.
