its the relocator kit guys.. lol. comes with everything that sirmichaels.com says it does.

i see what you are showing, but does that mean we need to use the handle handle from the stock? or does it come with a handle itsself?

yes, of course. You flip the stock handle around into the inside of the tailgate. That's why its called a tailgate handle relocator. Just relocates the stock handle.
