Sort of reviving my own build. After not doing much for a good year or so I finally got time to spend in the garage.
Upgrades are as follows:
-Magnuson TVS 1900 used from Flatblack83 (Awesome guy to buy from).
-Walbro 450/converted to return style.
-60LB DW injectors.
-S&B enclosed CAI filter with custom 4in intake tube.
-90mm LS2 throttle body with x link.
-Aeromotive FPR.
-Vented catch can.
-Deaver U182 leaf pack.
-3in single back exhaust consisting on a vibrant ultra quiet resonator then a QTP 3in cutout and a NNBS stock muffler.
On order is:
-Griptech 2.8 pulley.
-2.0 fox coilovers (The FOAs are pretty beat down and I want compression adjusters.
Truck is tuned by Atomic he is the best! Not only does the truck run awesome he helped figure out a few issues I was having along the way.
LS2 Throttle body off Ebay.
Never imagined the bucket would be so bad.
Never Deaver springs next to the old pack.
Love the carbon fiber intake tube, silicon couplers and clamps from intakehoses.com.
Still alot of tidying up to do under the hood, waiting on some wiring products to come in from amazon.
QTP Cutout.
Fancy gates submersable.

I bet this thing is fun as hell to drive in the dirt. Nice build.
Thanks! I havent actually found dirt with the new setup yet but I cant wait! I did run a NNBS Escalade from a light last night and by 70mph I had 2 trucks on him.
Awesome, i'm glad it all worked out for you. When you go to that small pulley you are going to need to go 8 rib for sure with the hd tensioner. A 2.8 will make this thing fly, just watch the intake air temps...they will fly up.
A few months after the brake swap I encountered some wheel hop trying to peel out from a stop sign and my pinion broke. So back to the shop for a rear end. Good news was that it was once again covered by my warranty and I was back on the road in less then a week.
To solve my wheel hop problem I ordered...
-Bilstien 5100s they look amazing and Feel much better then the old worn out procomps that came on the truck.
-TA girdle looks nice in the aluminum finish and I'm sure it will fit well.
-Off road design ladder bar havent recieved it yet.
While it was in the shop I decided to try and fix a vibration issue I was convinced was caused by my tires. So I got a new set of BFG KO2s mounted. they look amazing ride way better and make almost no road noise on the highway. But my vibration issue is not gone.
Also ordered a set of atomics coilover brackets and will be attempting that swap very soon!
hey wanted to know what size spring did you use on the coilover
Currently I'm using 12in 600lb Eibach springs on FOX 2.0 coilovers. I just switched from the FOAs and the Fox are far better. I've tried several different spring rates before and 600 seems the best all around.
I installed a Magnuson HD tensioner, new header gaskets and ARP bolts and since I had 2 worn out inner tie rods I thought I would try out some Kryptonite "Death grip" tie rods. Their lifetime no questions asked free replacement warranty caught my attention and wow they are beef!
The OEM gaskets I reused when I first installed the headers always had a very minor leak but it recently seemed to get much worse and I couldn’t take it any longer. My local summit racing had Remflex gaskets in stock and they sealed great. The truck is so quiet now with the cutout closed I feel like I’m driving a Prius
Gotta love ARP hardware.
OEM tierods with rough country sleeves vs Kryptonite.
Needed a 2" wrench to tighten the inner tierods. my giant adjustable just wasnt enough.
