The factory "leveled" truck with a wheels and black front make it look bad. I think a regular LT or LTZ (premier) model with more color matched parts will look better.

The more rounded-ness is likely because they must obtain better mpg, it even has like a factory roof spoiler and tailgate lip for aero.

My biggest questions are the engines, very curious as to what they will be coming out with.

They lost me with the 1999 redesign, and I didn't start liking them again until 2003 refresh. Although given the choice today I'd pick a 1999-2002 over this new thing.

Chevrolet unexpectedly revealed the all-new "from the ground up" 2019 Silverado at an owner's event in Texas yesterday. Lucky GM fans got to see the truck, but details are being held back in anticipation of the mid-January Detroit Auto Show. Chevy says this new truck is all about what owners want. And Chevy says what they want is "more choice, more capability, and more functionality." This based on feedback from 7,000 owner interviews. "
Apparently all 7,000 owners they interviewed failed to say, "We want it to actually look good, too."

I don't hate it. I think certain aspects are a little weird... but I have a feeling they will grow on me.

I am also excited to see the GMC and HD variants.

I like it a lot more than the 14's when they came out. Change is a good thing usually.
