Well been a little busy but got a big break in hunting down parts and found a 2000 ext cab truck wrecked by son left from grand dad type deal it's was pretty sad because this truck was spotless on the inside.I picked it up for 500 bucks frames bent no fixing it so I scored so many parts.I got the doors,bed,seats,electric window harness,rack,brakes,calipers and all that good stuff that I was missing all from one truck.Im thinking of saving the 5.3 block for another project and going with a low milage 6.0 for obvious reasons more power haha.

 

Well the trucks got 500 miles on it so far got no check engine light and been driving it 55 miles a day back and forth to work so far the bill it just under 3 grand so I think I came out on top!friday going to Nelson performance for a live tune then it's test n tune time at the San Antonio raceway

well its been down ow for a while because of 10 bolt problems currently working on getting a 12 bolt out of a 2015 silverado for it and finishing up my lq9 I'm putting together.my track numbers were terrible because of 3 low compression holes it was emberessing it went from a 16.0 all the way down to a 15.29 just from driving the truck this was all in the summer time it's been down for like 4 weeks it's on a flip kit and I cut a coil and a quarter in the front sits pretty nice rides good no c notch but I got air shocks in the rear and have no bottom out issues.so once I get my 12 bolt in and the lq9 finished I'll be back for better times hopefully.specs are lq9 stock heaDS 660 lift springs from Texas speed thunder racing rapTR cam 236/242 615 lift and just new oil pump chain you know the regular.that's my update I know I've been away for a while I gotta get this thing faster lol

well supposed to bolt right in same flip kit ubhave to massage the shock shakles a little bit but other then figuring out the u joint it goes right in,Im getting it from a guy local that had it in his 08 but he's going narrowed rear so I'm getting this one from him he said he even put 02 rear in his nnbs i thought they would all be different maybe I'll do a little write up on the install,o and my 10 bolt blew up while warming the tires up had a little wheel hop and bang there was **** everywhere even put a slice in my rear diff cover like some wolverine **** haha
