My question is short and simple, this is a 99-02 console correct? Will it fit my 05 silverado, I've heard it will, I know I'll need the dash pieces to have the "full console" but I just want the console and cupholders. And I mount it directly to my base from my middle seat?

 

Should take a different base to mount it to, always make me wonder why people tend to unbolt those consoles incorrectly!!
