Default Procharger installed

Put the Procharger on Sunday, kit was missing the tube that goes the the throttle body and has the bung for MAF so got that ordered Monday. Part came in yesterday and I took it to my tuner at lunch, anxiously awaiting a call saying it's ready!

How easy was the install? Looks like with that IC setup you did not have to remove the bumper or lights. I helped a buddy of mine with his for a bit and we had to remove the headlights. His was a FMIC not a bottom mount though.

Install wasn't super difficult but wasn't a cakewalk either. There were several steps not described in the instructions, like having to remove the water pump (which means you have to remove the alt, a/c comp and their common bracket). There were also some frame braces that had to be removed and other brackets cut/modified for the intercooler pipe routing. Did not have to remove the grill or headlights but now wishing I had the front mount intercooler as I think it would function better. Will likely be looking into an air to water intercooler soon.

Looks good, I am still waiting on my head unit and I need to get a scoop or go the Procharger route and hang a rubber deflector to funnel more air through my IC, but at this point I will be in for about $2500 total on my setup.

Let me know what kind of boost you are making with what size pulley, I have 4 different sizes to mess with and am trying to make a graph of what the D1's do with our trucks.
