Default Stiffen rear suspension?

Any good way of stiffening the rear suspension? The truck has a flip kit and frame notch in the rear with stock shackles and new belltech nitro 2 shocks. The axle still hits the frame on medium bumps. I'd like to raise the rear another inch. The shocks and shackles are brand new so I really don't want to spend any money on lift shackles. I was thinking about trying the hellwig helper springs.
