I like the solid and vintage flags the most

 

It would figure my top 3 are basically tied

 

The second one is cool but i really like the simplicity of the first one. I think its also easier to see the AFP in the first one

 

Can't beat the simplicity of the first one for vinyl stickers. Maybe add a third color as an outline or inlay to add dimension and pop.

Stylistically I like the Vintage Flag, but the voids on the border make it difficult to make out the atomic symbol shape. Maybe taking one of the other solid flags and zooming in so that the bottom right corner of the blue/stars is centered on the logo like the Vintage Flag it may work better.

As much of a fan of flames as I am, I'm not really digging any of those designs. Flame 1 would be the best flame orientation on the logo but the embers distract from the look.

for tee-shirts the second one would look awesome.
