The plugs are different styles. They won't plug in the injectors I have on the truck

Yes the Flex fuel is like an EV6 plug while the normal trucks use a mini delphi plug.

Yea that's it. Can I take the mini Delphi plugs and splice them into the new harness and still make it work?

You can probally dissect the plug and extract the pins out and change the plug over.

Otherwise, yes you can splice them in or get adapters.
