Haven't heard anything good about them at all. Flt is the one everyone I know goes with and loves them and there customer service. Not bad prices

Weird I have heard lots of good things about monster trans. I would say performabuilt or flt are great solid and trusted options. Some members of the site do build awesome transmissions at great prices. LQ9_z71 (kenny)comes to mind.

For your own good stay far away from Monster transmissions.

My first choice would be Rossler.

Hey, if you want to give us a review on how much you regretted it, go ahead and buy one from Monster. Wait for it to break. Oh,wait, it's not supposed to break, right? Ok, now deal with their customer service now that they're not making money off you

If this part doesn't scare you away, well, you're either very brave or very foolish

the 4L80E Mega Monster transmission is tough enough to withstand the rigors of even the toughest street machines delivering tire-spinning shifts race after race. It is ideal for vehicles powered by engines producing up to 550 horsepower using pump gasoline...
Hell, a STOCK GM 4L80E can take more than 325 crank HP. Even a 60E can take more than 325 crank HP. Oh, your differential and clutch bands are going to love those tire-spinning shifts too...

PS: I'd love to see their "SUPERIOR HIGH PERFORMANCE REPROGRAMMING SHIFT KIT"

Read their warranty and see what you think. Do the math afterwards.

Jake's Performance. They are the 80E builders I would recommend.
