I get up and go to work in a refinery every day....I'm far from rich.

lol liking this thread. I have a friend who makes less money than I do and he has a lot more toys and even a Z06. (bought it when he was 20!) ...budget and save! for now I too will keep working indirectly for the oil industry and not budget and save!

lol in all seriousness...

I see that high end rims weigh almost half as much as average rims...

who here has felt the difference it made in performance?

I feel a world of difference, and my times are much better when i run my track rims vs my street rims when i go drag racing. Being rotational weight it makes more of a difference then normal.

But i am sure Random didn't do it for the weight savings, that was just a bonus. I am sure he did them rims because i was something that not everyone and their brother owned.

Good grief...there's a bunch of haters in here.

Most of you probably spend more money on alcohol in a year or two than Random User spent for his wheels. Props to him for prioritizing and budgeting for something he wants.
