Any reason these wouldn't work with a 14+ trucks?

I can see how the S77 can easily be a 6 lug design as the lug holes aren't lined up with the spokes, but the RT-S? Be interesting to see it when the pictures drop.

Will these be drilled for acorn lugs? Shank lugnuts suck.
