Sierra Door Panel removal

Anyone know how to remove the door panel on a 2001 Sierra? I've got a blown speaker that I need to replace. Or do I need to remove the panel at all?

Thanks,
Stymie

there should be one screw on the bottom of the door and a screw in the door arm rest, also need to pull the door lock pad off. the piece that has the door lock botton and or window switch. also need to remove the triangle piece up in the corner near the dash. then it should left striaght up and out.
and I think there was one more screw, all being phillips head screws.
dont worry about the tabs that hold the parts on the are tuff to get off but they do come off and if you break one just go to your local dealership and get a few more.

The one in the bottom of the door doesnt have to come out. That just holds the map pocket into place. Otherwise everything else seemed good. :)

I thought they were 7mm though.

Yep, 7mm bolt/screw. Also take the trim cover off around the inside door handle..makes it easier to get the panel off. Then just lift UP on the door panel. The power window control panel has a screw in it from underneath...a real bitch to get to..so I just broke both of mine out and said F' it they'll go back and stay in just fine without it!
