i almost went back to a rear bumper the other day, and then i looked back at pics of my truck with a bumper and it looked completely retarded.....to me anyways....

i'd stick with the rollpan

After my last few incidents with idiots, I went back to a bumper.. Both look good, but bumpers take hits better then a pan

thanks for the replies fellas, i want the added protection, but the pan is welded and painted already, so i may just stick with it for now, maybe not. im always last minute anyways. someone on another thread even mentioned swapping beds with someone, so thats an idea as well

The way I see it, to get rid of the roll pan, you'd have to do some body work and repaint some of the bed. If you ever get hit, just have the body work and paint done then, and then stick the bumper on.

If you were to pull the roll pan off now, you'd be doing body work to avoid maybe doing body work in the future. Doesn't make sense.

id go with the bumper if i had chrome wheels, but since u have the texas edition. Id stick with the roll pan..looks ****
