The reciever is for XM. I actually like it.
The mirrors are stock and painted, and so are the door handles, and i believe part of the front bumper.

I was looking at some wheels last night, and i really like a couple of the Bonspeed wheels. They are forged just like the centerlines....but those centerline tomahawk 2's i think they are called are damn nice also.
Anyone actually know how much like a 20in wheel like those weigh?

As far as the 4in exhaust, i already had a 4ft piece of 4in pipe and a flowmaster 3in to 4in merge collector sitting that i was gonna use on the formula i had.... but since its just sitting there and would mount up nicely with long tubes and orp...so i am gonna use it with a 4in spintech muffler and dump it before the axle.
I basically plan to get headers and a custom speced cam. The 4in exhaust wont hurt anything...but it will sound damn good. you'll see

actually the 4in. exhaust will take away from your lower end quite a bit and you'll max out the truck intake manifold before youll need a 4in exhaust unless you plan on a huge turbo

4" Exhaust + 4.8 = . Clean lookin truck but the 4 in exhaust will kill you low end torque as stated above. Even long tubes on a 4.8 will really only provide a minimal improvement, but thats only after your cam swap.

Overall plan is to get my buddies ls6 motor and procharge it.
4in exhaust will be fine...either way...even if its on a 4.8. Some of you guys disagreeing with it makes me want to do it even more...lol
I have personally seen gains on dynos with 4in exhaust...a little down low was sacrificed...but who races down low anyways?

I wouldn't put any money into the motor. Save it and throw it into other spots like the new motor, tranny or rear-end. I'm just glad to see another great looking truck on the coast.

BTW:this is Redgmc from Gulf Coast Muscle.
