Its a bitch! My buddy has pine trees all over at his house and he has to scrub his shit forever to get it off. He even needs to use a fingernail for most of it! It takes time.

Balls, ya I was using my fingernail but I figured that there was maybe an easier way

Wash it thoroughly, clay bar, wash again, wax.

WD40 always takes out tar and stuff from the roads, maybe it'll work for the SAP. But I'm not so sure if its paintsafe. Just make sure you wash it after.

I used some WD40 when i removed the moldings and badges off my old truck and it didnt mess up the paint at all. I washed it right after of course.

Even gas sometimes works, just don't smoke at same time. Use it sparingly on a saturated rag and then wipe it with wet rag in soapy water. Has happened to me before. I highly advise good wax after so it won't stick as good next time.

3M adhesive remover, tar and bug remover, goo gone, etc. followed by clay and wax.
