Well, I'm thinking these new "Digital Ballasts" are crap. They are the "Xentec" brand off of eBay. When I turn my fog lights on, they outshine the HID's. I'm going to try and get a refund. But, I would like to get some good HID's from a reputable seller. What is the best place to buy good quality HID kits?
