grant steering wheel, 02 swap to 03?

will a 03 steering wheel fit on a 02 truck? Ive been looking at the grant steering wheels and I want to swap because the 02 just looks so boring and the lines are better on a 03 to me

I really hope someone can figure this out. Untried and couldn't make it work.

my buddy has a 04 so I'm going to look at his truck tomorrow at work and compare it to mine, see if theres any kind of differences, I would think there would be very little since even the dash parts interchange. I think it would do good with the rest of my truck, I just did the 03 grille swap and am doing the 03 center console and knee bolster and glove box and dash bezel. I also want to figure out how to get the passenger side window to go down auto like the driver side does, not sure if thats an option or if it comes on all the 03+ but I know my buddy's truck does it. You mash both and both go down auto rather than having to sit there holding the passenger side for it to go all the way down.

So an 03- up wheel won't fit on an 02- down column ??

I hope that's not the case , I have a nice 03 up stock wheel I was going to put in my 00' , I didn't think there would be an issue , now I'm gonna have to try it.

When I tried it was like the hole in the wheel was to small. Like the 02 had a bigger steering shaft and I tried for over a hour. Ill be watching this thread very close.

More trouble than its worth, will need to use parts from the 99-02 and 03-06 to make it work.

well I checked at work, and from the measurements it should work, obviously the column covers are different, but that shouldnt affect it. I wasn't able to check the hole size like mentioned because we only have 15 minutes during break lol But he's wanting me to help him do led's in his window switches and all after seeing mine so I'll check that measurement this weekend. If that is the only issue then that is not even a concern because we have a machine shop where I work and a guy thats been doing machine work for 30+ years so I'll have him make the adjustments if the hole is too small. I will keep this updated as I find more info out
