Default Factory Replacement Headlights

The headlights on my 07 gmt900 and 09 suburban are foggy and don't look very nice. Is there any way to make them look like new or where is the best place to buy factory quality replacements. I bought some off eBay for my wife's old car and within two years they looked like crap so I'd prefer to get some quality ones if possible.

We get the ones from TYC for the shop. Depo is another one we like using. Or basically as long as its CAPA certified they will be better quality.

Unfortunately nothing seems to fit or last as long as the OEM stuff.

You can try compounding and polishing them like you do with paint. Usually works pretty good for me. Wax them up and repeat once they start to go cloudy again.

I bought some online from Amazon for $70 for a set on my 2000 and when they came in I went the extra mile. Of sealing the lens again and a coat of paste wax on them before putting them on and I wax them each time a wash because it only takes a second.

yep! with that said, I've always had great luck with TYC as far as fit/quality and price.

If you like doing DIY mods, I recommend retrofit. Restoring the housing is good also and it won't cost too much. This involves wetsanding, polishing and applying sealant or clear coat.
