You put them in the oven on about 200 degree and wait for the plastic on the back housing to become loose. You pull the light apart and take out the amber lense. Buy some windshield sealer (clear silicone) and put the lights back together once they cool back down.

*DISCLAIMER* Don't warp the platic housing of the light by trying to pull it apart if it is not hot enough. Make sure to let the head light housing cool down before you try to put it back together.
