Default Window Switch lights

Hey guys I'm new to the thread and am aware this is an older thread so this may not work. But I have a question regarding the window switch lights. I messed up when I soldered them in by getting the polarity wrong on the drivers side so when I plugged it up my lights in the switches went poof.. do any of y'all know of a way to fix this problem? I removed the passenger side light and soldered in an led with the correct polarity and it still won't light up.
