ricer vs $800 winter beater LOL
daily is a 2.2 5spd s10...its got a ghetto pvc cai from the last owner, and an exhaust that fell off behind the cab and probably makes about 85 horses of pure slow lol
the other night i was on my way to my buddys house. caught a stoplight next to a fart canned flat black hatch. kid started revving the **** out of it so i said f*ck it and waited for green. he slept on the light yanked about a length on him off the hit powershifted 2nd and 3rd and threw the hazards on when i let off at about 70 4 lengths in front of him
honestly havnt laughed that hard in a long time...specially considering with how slow our shitboxes are itd be more fun watching paint dry lol

Those S10s can be fun. My brother got a 1996 extended cab 4.3 work truck given to him with a "cracked" head. The cracked head was actually failed intake gaskets. When we got the intake off the engine it was spotless but had a leaking plastic timing cover so we threw a 94 "W" CPI cam in it that we had sitting on the shelf and put it all back together. The passenger side exhaust manifold had a bad crack in it so it got some $110 Ebay headers. The fan clutch was seized so we sourced a suitable electric fan from a ford contour in the bone yard and wired it up. The air box was cracked so it got a cheap ebay CAI with a heat shield. Tossed in a marine 170*F thermostat to cool it off. The truck had a 4L60E (we put a shift kit in it) and 3.73 G80 rear end. So far it has claimed a newer V6 Tacoma, a 5th gen RS Camaro, a 2005 4.6 GT Mustang, an Eclipse GTs and an older 350Z AND MY EXPRESS from a stop, but not from a 30 roll.

Gotta love smashing the Honda hatches. My wife has a 13 ford escape 1.6L (not even the much more powerful 2.0L model) turbo AWD. I was cruising it down the highway and encountered a rattle can black slammed early 90s hatch civic complete with fart can that insisted on trying to go around me as we approached a lane narrowing. I smashed the gas and put him back behind me. We got a little further down and he pulled up next to me when he smashed it I proceeded to put 2 lengths on him from 55-90. I pulled off at my exit laughing my *** off. Don't get me wrong a proper B20 with a nice turbo setup can be awful mean in the right hands, but the ricer crowd cracks me up. No modified vehicle should lose to a basic stock small SUV.

fast siunds like that little s10 runs its *** off! pretty impressive for just a little 4.3! mine though...its a straight hoopty i swear i didnt think this thing would even have a chance of beating a geo metra lol hands down slowest thing ive driven/been in
gamble thats priceless man, specially waxxing that rice in your wifes car lol... but that ricer mentality is what does them in...its embarrassing on their part but some if done right rip like ya said! ive got a couple buddys that go out to "mexico" with us, some of their cars are downright brutal!

thats awesome man i love those moments.
yesterday: im workingin kansas and i have a bottom of the line vw jetta rental car and at a stop light there was a 2000 ish s10 blazer i paid no attention to well light hit green this guy got on it trying to beat me although i got the wholeshot. sounded like it had a v8 swap well i through it down in sport mode and nailed it i pulled him like a car length i looked in my mirror and he looked upset lol..
gotta love random wins.
