I think all of you guys are giving way too much credit to the turd ford. I have driven two diff ones and its embarrassing to think ppl get all excited about the slow vehicle. Ive owned an 03 Cobra and that was a joke too. Just saying!!! Not trying to hurt anyones feelings.
Those new Tahoes, Silvs and even the Rams haul pretty good for completely stock.

That is true, they nothing special, i have drove several. Ihave seen them modded to the max running high 12s.. You put a small shot on any stock (bolt on) chevy truck motor and get those numbers.

Well said, I was starting to get confused. Felt as if i was on a lightning forum for as much credit as they were getting lol. But yeah the new chevys move out pretty well.

My friend just got a 03 ecsb with a 4.8. Only mods are open y pipe and vette servo. He said he got in it with ford harley davidson supercharged edition and ended up pulling it. Didnt say how much though.

Either your trucks down in texas are faster then the rest or the fords down there are slower then every where else lol... No 4.8 with servo is gona beat on a harley truck that is blown unless it is blown the *** up... One way to shut us up is to go out get a vid of you cleaning house with a L in the other lane..

Oh the harley trucks aint ****, i have several friends with them and they run 14.9s at the track all day long, highly modded, maybe 13s.. A supercharged motor running 14.9... LMFAO! Ford will NEVER catch chevy in the HP department. For emaple, we have the ALL MOTOR 505hp Z06, runs circles around there 505hp SUPERCHARGED shelby! And dont EVEN get me started on the 630hp ZR1 Vette!!

Like said earlier, I guess it really matters on the year of the L. I've ridden in a blown harley davison crew cab and I thought it felt strong and torquey, but they arent fast.
