Default civic with guage pillar owned

I know this is nothing to write home about, however on the way into work at 2:30am I roll up on a white civic and we are doing about 40mph. As I pull around the passenger side I see he has a passenger, an indiglo pillar guage on the driver side and a fire extinguisher on the passenger side pillar. As were cruising side by side I roll down the window to see if I can hear a turbo and all I could hear was the raspy fart can. He speeds up a little so I pace him. He speeds up a little more and we are still side by side doing about 60mph. Then I hear his fart can rip and he tries to get the jump on me. I went WOT and it dropped down into second at about 4000rpm and he lost what he gained in about a half of a second. I wanted to really destroy this guy because I cant stand POS cars that try to look fast so I hit the nitrous for about 3 seconds and he looked like he threw in reverse. He then slowed down and turned off. I guess he didnt feel like doing the ricer fly by after that.

I wonder what gauges he had in that pillar pod. Perhaps a clock and an outside thermometer.
