Well my truck is sitting at ETMC getting a segment swap done right now. I'm really anxious to know what it will do now, because the previous tune was running 338 rwhp through the 80e, after some tweaking we squeezed out 368, and it still make have some tuning to go. Maybe i'll be able to hold my 1/4 time pretty good.. who knows. The 22s sure don't help.

I think so too, if not I'll just be $200 poorer :\
Gah man I hope so. I wanna boost in the future so I felt this was going to have to happen either way. I'm just tired of pulling the little 60 out lol.

You will win, unless he isn't telling you everything. I would think just running a crappy bullydog canned tuner and 37's he would know but who knows. He still can probably run a low low 15.
It's still common for a duramax with real tuning aka EFI Live or PPE to run low 14's even with 35's......but 37's are alot worse.
If he was on 33's or less and running EFI Live and exhaust then it would be a different story as he would have an easy 13 sec truck. But with this guy you should def win, Go for it!
Come on now! Every cummins owner has AT LEAST 600hp! Even if they only have a canned tuner and exhaust it gives them 700hp!
