Default r/t noob

Looking into buying a 2000 red r/t out of Vegas from a buddy of mine. Mod list as follows.

Powerdyne BD11A Supercharger with 928 Motorsports Super Rebuild Impeller (9 lbs pulley) Pulley Mod (Rebuild has 3,000 miles at most)
2bbl Mopar M1 Intake
JM 1000cfm Single Blade Throttle body
1.7 Roller Rockers
39 lbs Ford injectors
MSD 6AL ignition
Spintech Mid Length Headers
Custom 2.5 dual exhaust
Cat Delete
Spintech Muffler
Innovate Motorsports Wideband
Innovate Motorsports OT-2 for data logging to iPhone / iTouch or computer
SCT Programmer for custom tune from Sean Powell (Hemifever)
GC electric fan mod, (clutch fan delete)

The powerdyne blower took a **** on him, so I'm looking to upgrade the blower but I'm not sure what to upgrade too. Then Ive read about everyone going 408 stroker which will probably be an long way down the road for me. So are there any better heads I can upgrade too or even a more efficient kick *** cam? I'm not a dodge guy by any means just looking for some one to point me in the right direction.

Thanks guys!

Put a procharger on it. Looks like it has stock heads and cam, there are a lot of options out there for the 360.

The Dakota R/T's are fun trucks. Is this a single cab or ext cab?
