5.2 Stroker

Time to think about rebuilding my 99 5.2 engine. Call me crazy, but I'd like to stroke this little beast to 390 cubes. Save your breath if you're gonna tell me to go 5.9/408. I dont want none of that. Several shops offer 4" stroker kits for the 5.2 and I'm entertaining the idea. She'll be all motor with no power adders. This way I can keep the PCM and flexplate and not sweat balancing issues. The motor is currenty maxed out with all the performance parts available. I.E. cam, M1, F&B, massaged heads, PPH/Thorley headers, Fox flash, TC, etc, etc. etc. So swapping parts will be a mere cake walk. Having a "mouse that roars" appeals to me.

So, what ya think fellaz? Your input, thoughts, opinions, suggestions, flames, bashings and insults are encouraged and welcomed. Thanks in advance.
