Thanks Tim. I have 42# injectors right now, but I need to get my hands on some 60's which I think will do the trick. I've been meaning to ask you about the fuel pump... Did you run your stock fuel pump for a while? What would be my best bet to upgrade to?
.

I would put a 255 walbro in there for now , that should work up to around 10 psi .

I made my own brackets for it. It actually worked out very nice, it fits well and I mounted it in front of my trans cooler. Let me see if I have any pics.

Lower Mounts, I added rubber for it to sit on. It just sits in the lower mounts and the top mount bolts to it.

Lower mounts are 1/4 x 1" Alum stock and the top is all 1/8 x 1" Once its in place it does not move at all.

Looks awesome and easy enough... thanks Pat.

OK cool. I may just step right up to the 450 like you have now... why do something twice when I can do ti right the first time, right?

How was the install?

Walbro E85 Racing Fuel Pump F90000267 450LPH in Tank w Install Kit | eBay

This is what I am looking at on eBay. This looks like the right one to me, but I guess I don't know for sure.

Large pumps like that will overpower your intank regulator, your idle fuel pressure will be high and it will make your injectors hard to tune at idle and decel.

Thanks for the heads up, Pat! 255 it is!

Made some progress this weekend!!

Swapped back to the 317's after installing the PAC springs and really cleaning them up.

Then I decided to peel the plasti dip off my hood which has been there for just about 2 years. Came off no sweat. I was really impressed.

Hey Rob, if that's your NVG149 in the crate with your 80e, it's already bolted together. That means you already have a 32 spline input shaft in the t-case. I don't see an encoder motor in the pic, so I'm guessing it is a 149.

Or am I missing something? :)

Sorry guys I fixed the last post... damn iPad, I couldn't copy the image links correctly.

I wish you were right Roger... its the transfer case out of an 07 classic and its the manual transfer case. Truthfully I haven't taken a very close look at it, but that's what I was told. I WISH it was the 149...
