Its no small truck, its been this way for years. I would like to lower it some and go down to 35s but its buying alot of parts all over again, i'll pass on that. I did a new acdelco power steering cooler and the pressure hoses last night, the one is a real bitch. I did get the wrong molded return hose, its just a rubber hose. I'll see if i can order it locally, then all the power steering is newer. With it being a hydro assist steering kit plumbed in too i thought it was going to be a bitch to bleed, as long as i fire it up without turning the wheels it was fine and no air pocket. The pump and box i did last year, the hydroboost and master cylinder i did 9 months ago and the lines last night. Not much origional left under the hood.

Pat's right, mark looked at it and the 4 inch part is like 3.5 inside. So he cut the muffler open at the seam and a 4 inch pipe was welded in. So it has the most flow possible. It was also repacked and tig welded back together, you would never know it was opened up by looking at it. With all that done it's better than it was new in more than one way.

A few throttle related codes have come up this week. I went thru the wiring today and everything is tight and looks good. All the connections are clean, grounds good so it's either the xlink or ported tb. Hopefully I can have it figured out soon, I have a feeling it's not gonna be easy. Atleast I can clear them for the time being.
Two weeks ago a buddy wrecked his 17 1500, I picked up the rear bumper. Its complete, 4 new holes and its bolted up. At 1st it was just a trial to see how it would look. Mixed feelings and opinions on this but it worked out for me. The stock license plate lights fit in really nice so I didnt have to do any extra work.
