Just an update I have the truck together with primer pump and my new brake brackets it fires all the time now and runs but not well.
I had it looked at by a tuner and he is going to tune the truck. After we go over it all and trouble shoot it all day its missing a few cylinders on the passenger side bank which explains it being hard to start.
Pull the plugs 2 of them look brand new the changed plugs and wires checked if its getting spark and it is.
Which leads to possible injector problem changed all the injectors back to stock and still down on that side.
The engine is making some funny noises no clue to what that is but it didn't do it before go over the heads and everything look ok from the top.

I want to do a compression test but I think it will be good. The only other thing is change the harness back to my other one hoping that the harness has an issue I did notice on the new harness that its a v8 harness but has v6 o2s it has the male plugs on the harness and female 02s and we checked it looks like the only ones that came with that o2 are v6 and a 4L v8 olds no truck of any year as far as I can tell came with them so maybe I have a v6 harness with enough injector plugs for a v8?
I don't know.
If that don't work I'm pulling the motor, might just put this one to the side for now.

Well I figured out what was going on with it. I took the heads off, cam out everything
looked at the rods everything is good. I feel pretty stupid but ill post my error anyways. Only wasted 2 days on it. I looked at my other truck and noticed that the coil wire was flipped the other way. So I had the coil wires flipped front of engine wires where in that back. Put them the other way and bam! v8 again!

lol now I have a 6.0 that I'm tearing down. I hope to put that in the truck in a few months.
