Do you have any data to compare your IATs with the 5" race compared to the old setup at the end of the 1/4 or a street pull in summer time heat? Did the 5" keep the IATs in check to not pull timing anymore? I am on 93 octane so i don't have the luxury of dealing with high IATs as E85 can.

No empirical data per say but IATs with the old intercooler were 180-190* at the end of a pass, and Atomic who was helping me street tune was shocked after I got the 5" on and we saw IATs either stay constant or go down during a pass (I can't remember which, either way the intercooler was f*ckin working good). On the dyno and at the track and even idling on the street, the IAT situation was completely resolved and the truck gained 100rwhp from the intercooler alone at same level. Sorry I don't have any spreadsheets or other numerical data.
