After 7 Sundays I'm almost ready to hear it finally run. The 5.3 is gone, and the 6.0 is in.. Can't wait to get the 500 miles on the motor so the new tune with the F1X can get done as well. Now thinking to run about 16psi . I hoping this Sunday is the one where it finally happens. Should be a big jump in hp from my last P1SC Procharger which had me a 525 at the wheels at 10psi

How come some still wait 500 miles? Warranty? Conspiracy theories?
If something goes wrong it'll happen within 50-100 miles and they are basically "broke in" at that point. Couple quick rips, high vacuum situations, dump the oil and let her rip.
I'm not even sure what the FX1 looks like, but I'll be waiting on pics.

well that's what I was thinking I needed to put on the motor so I only have to tune it once. Plus that's the first recommended oil change of a new motor
