Very nice. I think you can get an eaton posi for the front diff in the 2500 as well.

How many miles does it have? I’ve always had a soft spot for light pewter metallic trucks, especially with the 01-02 HD front end.

About 200k. Me too, 01-02 hd's are one of my favorites.

Just picked it up. I'll post some pictures tomorrow. I couldn't be happier with how it turned out!

Got my new grill painted and installed. Now I need some new headlights, parking lights and fog lights. Nothing crazy, maybe some with a little more chrome look. Who makes some quality lights that won't fade in a few months?

I have DEPOs on my truck, black housing w/ projector. They are about 5yrs old, spent ~2yrs in storage while my body was getting done. They havent faded or crazed or anything detrimental to their appearance. My only complaint about them is that they shake like crazy. I think I am going back to OEM or doing a projector retrofit in the OEM housing.

These are the chrome housing version of my black ones:

cant speak to the durability of the chrome, but my black ones have ~40k on them I think without any drama. There is a "Foosball mod" you can do to stop the shake. Google can probably help with that, but Ive never done it.
