Lifted 2002 2500hd build.

Earlier this year I picked up a 2002 ECSB 2500HD 4X4. I always loved the hd front end on these. It had a set of worn out pro comp m/t's. I replaced them with Toyo open country m/t 35's. Added a 2800 circle d converter and 4.88's and a Nelson tune.
Well, I want more. So I ordered a TVS1900, cam motion cam (218/232 .578/.578 on a 112.5 lsa), ls9 head gaskets, arp bolts chain and all the other maintenance items. Looking at some 72lb injectors and 3" pulley too.
Big thanks to Rob for helping me on the cam and stuff. I'll post some pictures one I get started on it.

What started out as new rocker panels and cab corners turned into more. Ended up replacing the passenger rear door, both bedsides, tailgate and both fenders also. I'm excited to get it back this week. I also got my walbro 450 pump in while the bed was off. Next will be my 8 rib Phillies and 2.6" blower pulley and new tune.

Nice! I didn't have rust, but I know the satisfaction of tearing it down and bringing her back. She looks great!

Blowers and big tires are always awesome together! Show some engine bay pics.

Did you go with AC delco bed sides or what brand?

Just curious is all, wonder what other brands seem decent. Bed sides for my truck are $470-505 per side from GM.

Also how much boost do you see on the 6.0 with the 2.8 pulley? on my 4.8 I see about 14psi.

Thanks.
I used all GM body parts.
Right now I'm running a 3.0" pulley makes 7.5-8 psi. I put larger injectors and the walbro 450 in it. Have to wait till I get my O.D. crank and 2.6 or 2.7 pulley on it and see how it does. Probably make some improvements to the inrercoller and ad a larger t-body too.

Body work looks great! I'm scared to see what’s under my plastic over fenders. I've had no issues with my LS2 90mm throttle body with the X link so I would highly recommend one. Last thing are you still getting tunes from Nelson?

No, I still have my Nelson tunes ecm I ran before the TVs. Atomic has been doing the tunes for it every since I switched to the Supercharger. He's been excellent to work with.
Yeah mine looked good till I took those off!
