Thanks guys.

Had to CNC a new bracket for the A/C to tuck it in closer to the passenger side head. Trial fit the S&P A/C bracket, but it didn't have a tensioner.

This will allow the battery to go in the stock location.

Will have a pic maybe by Friday.

Damn that was a lot of work. Its gonna be nasty as hell though and you will sure as hell drop some jaws at the track and on the street.

Sorry, but I've been traveling with on work projects:

Update: Starting it this week:

Tow/haul circuit installed, harness installed, interior re-installed, NP246 installed in place of the stock NP236 transfer case.

New A/C bracket built and installed.



New gauge pac:



Spare tire compartment built: Also has JL stealth sub, amps, Caps, crossovers, and XM circuits



Went with a Mercedes ML350 spare tire (same diameter as the tires on the truck. Re-drilled bolt pattern on wheel.



Exhaust:
Spintech muffler where spare tire used to go:


3.5" in/out Magnaflow muffler in normal location.



Dual Cats:




To be done:

Intercooler heat exchanger installed, Air induction system built from 3.5 aluminum tubing, filter box built, 3.73 gears and posi installed in rear, 4L65E Shift kit, chrome A/C bracket, odds and ends, steam clean and detail undercarriage, etc, etc, ad infinitum (right moregrip!)

Yes sir, work has been crazy, but I'm hoping for this month. Crap, it's been almost a 3 year project.
