Dan's RC Revival

These are advanced high friction rotors
Might get to it tomorrow, I have the trailer hooked up to grab it from work but didn’t bring any power tools. I barely know how to work a ratchet or a wrench now that I have the M12 ratchet.

I guess I better get on this M12 train. I almost bought an air ratchet last night. Might still. An old Chicago Pneumatic 1/4" that had been rebuilt (note, completely different than you cheap bois and your central pneumatic harbor fright bullshit)
Was pretty cheap, and was old enough it was still US made
Also Dan, I was thinking about you #nohomo and I'd get those rotors measured and maybe cut if they need it. Otherwise take them to your powder buddy for a blasting and paint the hubs black. I bet contrary to the jokes, they actually are fine
I bought this DTM ready to spray chassis black, and a Finex 3000 w/ a 1.5mm tip. I plan to practice on the Ranger with it before moving to higher quality projects, like the Tahoe (will post link later, can't find **** captain)
Summit has a satin black I think I'd rather do over gloss:Black Paint Matters

Yeah it was like that but it came with the gun too and two batteries. Shoulda specified what set was lol, even still I can't justify that right now. Ya boi about to be student loan debt free in a couple weeks
In regards to the air ratchet I have a 3/8" air ratchet that I loathe. The hose just constantly gets in the way and I can never get it angled just right.

I am trying to kill all my Craftsman electrics so I can justify growing my M18 collection
If you have any M18 stuff, its only logical to add M12 to the line up, because nearly all M18 chargers are also M12 chargers

Secondly don’t buy any ratchets just go buy an M12 battery and charger, trust me.
Rotors can’t be that expensive to replace them but I’ll look at them better when I start inspecting, I know there an OhRiellys that turns them for a few bucks.
I like satin for axles and I love Chassis saver brush on paint, a lot less mess then spray imo.
I had Porter cable for years and it still does all my wood working, cheap isn’t always bad.
